Yesterday (while writing Sanctuary: Hoax) I found myself unable to spell the word occasion. (I'm still not positive that that's right, but never mind)
Dad suggested 'occaision' and 'occaission' which also look wrong - Mum, who can spell everything, wasn't there. Lisa suggested I spell it 'oxatilypquart'.
I think that's a great way to spell it.... although I don't think anyone would have had a clue what I was on about :)
I've half-organised my folder. This means a folder with French and Maths in the right places, and piles of Physics and FMaths all over the living room... ah well. I'll finish it later.
Dear Katy,
Get off the Internet. No, really. You have stuff to do. For example, washing your hair, sorting out your folder and doing maths homework.
Do it now or I will be forced to kill you.
All the best,
Katy
I really should do the Alchera weekly challenges more often.
This weeks one is:
"What time of year seems most like your soul? Explore this idea in a journal entry. Why? Why? Why? I want great detail -- you know me by now, you should expect these things from me." Tricky tricky. Well, never mind. I've got folder-reorganising to do.
(Hey, look, I have fanlistings! Over in my qui suis-je box ^_^)

You are... Pumba. You're quite a gas. You do enjoy eating, because, after all, you're a pig. You aren't the cleanest person, but you're fun nonetheless.

Which Lion King Character Are You?

Sounds about right, ne?

So I'm vaguely half-listening to CBeebies (CBBC, but for very little kiddies) and it is so annoying. I hate both the presenters, they are total lunatics. But, it had Nessie! Which is fab.
Anyway. Matthew is at Ad's house (yay!) so me and Lisa are by ourselves. I've already done my hour of work, but we have to do the recycling - and Lisa has done nuttn so she's going to do it (hey, I offered).
And she's got to go and buy junkfood from the shop, because tomorrow some of her friends are sleepovering.
Just now we were making lunch. I had noodles (oh the surprise), but I decided they were too boring. So I put blue food colouring in them. Heehee! It was funny :)
Yee, 1 a.m. I think that's about late enough! Night night.
You know, a lot of the sites I've seen today have said things on them like 'if you know me in real life, don't read this'. This strikes me as very odd... why write it, if you don't want anyone to read it? If it's meant to be private, surely the Internet isn't the best place to put it.
Ah well, clearly most internautes blog for different reasons to my good self.
It's the middle of the night! Go to bed!
No, don't want to. I want to stay up all night and find more and more cliques to add. :P
Okay, Loves is up. Look right for links.
Well, I have read all my email and it's nearly tomorrow. Tomorrow I don't need to get up. I was still on the Internet about now yesterday, and still managed to get up at 9.30 (record for holidays &ly;g>). Ho hum. I could always write more content for the site, I spose... or I could just hunt for timesucks. Content/Timesuck/Content/Timesuck... hmmm...
I'm a Wind Spirit
I just realised, I've never done a weekly challenge for Alchera. Oops! ::does this weeks one:: (it's here).
A new et cetera for you all... Alchera collab. monthly project, in fact, by the name of Sanctuary: Hoax.
Well, after having been online constantly for about 36 hours trying to sort out my email and website crises, I'm finally happy again. My website is now lovely again, with lots more blue than before, and I've told (I think, anyway) everyone who is likely to email me of my change of address. I've finished reading Catch-22 and now I can take everything back to the library, and get started on the gargantuan pile of non-library books that I have next to my bed. I've joined a few more links, put up a load of the things that have been waiting to go onto my site for months, and now I am all done!
The Brit Awards are happening right now, and I'm half-listening to them on the radio, although Matthew is playing his shiny and new Robot Wars computer game (which sadly does not feature Craig <g>) and it is loud enough to distract me.
Matthew's going rollerskating with Ad all day tomorrow, so I can get some more of my maths done... which I suppose is a good thing. Although probably I'll sit around doing nothing, read, eat, watch tv and go on the Internet a bit more. No; I must be strong. Priorities, yes. Do your homework, Katy.
I have Further Maths, Statistics and Pure Maths homework, but no Physics or French. Goodgood.
Happy Katy.
And I have emails from Carrie and Ruth to read and reply to at my leisure.
All is good :)
I'm going now honest!
